Today on Nature's Narratives, we are recapping our corporate retreats for the month of June! We'll dive into the ins and outs of planning each group's stay and share the reviews we received. Plus, we'll give you an inside scoop on the changes we're making to strive for excellence in our industry.
"They accommodated the minor changes we made to our schedule without missing a beat!"
As Doug mentioned, we were able to accommodate the minor changes made to their group's schedule because we realize that to be the best, we have to be able to adjust to our client's needs. We understand the nuances of planning any group event, and every group's needs are different. That's why we offer a completely customizable and tailored experience, starting from the beginning of the planning process. Future clients can be assured that we will serve you according to your preferences. For Doug, this meant entirely emailed planning of itineraries, meals, invoicing, activities, etc. On the other hand, Jonathan preferred a combination of Zoom meetings, an in-person tour, and email communication. Both approaches worked tremendously because we understand that everyone works differently. Our job is to meet you where you work best!
"Coming from Nebraska, this was one of the most beautiful woodland properties I have ever been to. Although the scenery didn’t look like home, I felt right at home with all of the generous accommodations and the next level home-cooked meals. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and you feel comfortable from the second you arrive!"
Take it from our guest Morgan--even if you're coming from out of state, you're sure to feel right at home. Our hospitality director, Stacey, and our facilities director, Guy, provide an experience unlike anywhere else. Not only are our meals delicious, but the passion behind what we do will make you want to come back again and again. In fact, we're already discussing annual retreats for businesses, discounts, and enriching team bonding experiences with add-ons like golf outings, iron-on branding parties with charcuterie boards and wallets, and more! Be sure to comment with any ideas you have for fun activities that could enhance our groups' experiences even more.
Lastly, let's talk about how we're constantly improving. We've posted our Wi-Fi password in more accessible locations, enhanced our Wi-Fi capacity overall, and we're in the works of adding additional road signs to help travelers navigate the area! The fact that the most common feedback we received was so minor speaks volumes about the quality and care we put into this space.
